This site is operated by Coins Visual Studio © ("we", "us", "the studio"), a design practice based in Italy, run by Gabriele (in arte Coins). For any privacy request write to coinsvisualstudio@gmail.com.

The studio currently operates as an individual practice without a VAT number (prestazione occasionale). The data controller is reachable at the email above.

• Account & orders — email, name, shipping address, order history when you create an account or buy.
• Payments — processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
• Contact form — the details you send us (name, email, message).
• Technical — IP, browser, device, pages viewed (analytics & security).

• Fulfilling your order & customer support — contract.
• Tax, accounting, anti-fraud — legal obligation.
• Marketing emails (only if you opt in) — consent, revocable anytime.
• Improving the site — legitimate interest.

Only processors we need to run the shop:

• Stripe — payments.
• Shipping carrier — delivery.
• Hosting & database — Lovable Cloud infrastructure.

We never sell your data.

Order data is kept 10 years for tax law. Account data until you delete your account. Contact messages up to 24 months.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante Privacy. Just email coinsvisualstudio@gmail.com.
